I got great value for my money at Hotel Europa Fit in Heviz. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower and ample storage. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by adding more lactose-free options.

The staff spoke English and everyone we interfaced with was very pleasant and helpful. The room layout and size was exactly as expected, and the location was excellent. We could walk to several restaurants and little fast food places, as well as shopping, and a short stroll to the Heviz lake for bathing. There were no unexpected charges and we would stay here again. The included breakfast buffet was excellent (many hot and cold options) and very convenient. We didn't try the pools, but they looked very nice and clean when we walked by. We stayed in the apartments wing, since we had a 1 bedroom plus living room place, and it was quiet both at night and during the day, even though we were right next to the stairs. Two small balconies were nice to step out on to check weather, but too small to sit out there. We brought our own portable crib for our 10 month old baby, but the receptionist noticed the child and the fact that we didn't request a crib and called up to the room a few minutes later to check if we had just forgotten and if we needed extra towels for the baby. We were very impressed by such service!

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel by American standards - more like 3 star maybe, but by experience we know that this is expected in the country, so we were not surprised. The room was clean and secure, but the bathrooms had hard water stains on the floors that gave the impression of being dirty, and the quality of materials used in the building is not 4-star quality. The bathroom towels also had some permanent stains on them. The elevator was tiny, so hauling luggage up to the 2nd floor for 3 people meant making 2 trips, but in the hotel's defence they offered to help with luggage and we just turned them down. The dinner buffet was too expensive, but you can't beat the convenience.

Very pleasurent and quiet place. It is possible to foget about our insufferable life in Moscow.

super clean hotel with friendly staff. great location - just a short walk to the center. loved the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. the spa and sauna complex was amazing - especially the salt room. WiFi was free and worked well.

It's a super hotel for families travelling with (young) childeren. Our kids (1 and 3) had an absolutely wonderful time and if they have a good time we have a good time!

This hotel is in a great location, with many attractions nearby. It is most notably close to the thermal lake, providing easy access to a unique experience. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The facilities are all maintained in excellent condition, and there is always something to do.

The hotel may not be the best choice for those looking for a modern or luxurious experience.

The air conditioning did not cool the room and the hotel did not have any fans. The TV was a very small 9" or 12" and the restaurant was buffet only. If you are not on half-board or full board, the staff did not know how to charge customers. The front desk also charged my credit card even though I told them I would be paying cash upon checking out. Not much English is spoken at the hotel. This was also more like a 3 star hotel versus 4 star. Loads of tour buses stayed here during our stay.

it was overpriced for what it had to offer.

As active travelers, we enjoyed the cycling and Pilates amenities offered at the hotel. The kids had a blast at the playground, and my wife was delighted with the hair salon services. Additionally, the area shuttle provided a convenient ride to nearby destinations, making our exploration of the town hassle-free.

For dads, it would be great to have more options for children's activities.

I got a room with invalide mother with 60 cm high stairs leading to the balcony. Totally useless.. Room infested with spiders , " stinking bugs", rooms were not very clean, no shampoo... Rooms also noisy. Bb

Swimming pool excellent, health facilities good

My stay at Hotel Europa Fit was wonderful from start to finish. The facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of pools and a luxurious spa center. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a diverse breakfast and a superb dinner spread. The location of the hotel was also great, with a charming touristic area nearby and the famous Heviz lake within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Although I had a fantastic stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. after checking out, I couldn't access the facilities anymore, which was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
